Dean is the founder of Lifestyle Properties Ltd. He grew up in the area and then moved to the coast and travelled extensively. Over a decade later, he chose to return to the Kootenays to focus on his family and make lifestyle a priority. Check out his >>Lifestyle Blog
He brings over 15 years experience in real estate and finance. His education is in Business Administration from SFU and Urban Land Development and Real Estate from BCIT and UBC. He completed his real estate licencing in 1993.
Over the years, his career has evolved. CMN Canada Mortgage Network, a commercial mortgage brokerage firm is his original business. Dean has worked with developers in financing over 1,000 residential units and commercial buildings. He since developed rural & residential subdivisions on his own & built the homes in them. He has learned a great deal from his clients who range from locals to major developers, including the Gold Georgie Award Winner for the “Best Townhouse Development in BC”.
Dean enjoys working with developers on new projects. He can provide valuable insights into the local development process with a wide range of experience: financing, rezoning, subdivision, road building, servicing, construction, and project marketing.

Originally from Montréal, Marie-Claude’s adventure in Rossland started in 1990 when she discovered this charming little town with a fantastic outdoor playground! Originally from Kamloops, Jodie has honed her experience in both residential and recreational real estate marketing and sales. She has been instrumental in guiding Non-Canadian Residents in purchasing homes in new developments at Red Resort, Panorama, Invermere and Washington State. Since joining Lifestyle Properties, she has worked with many first-time home buyers and assisted families moving to our area.
Previous to real estate, Jodie’s experience and education began in golf course construction & management. She holds a diploma in Turf Management from Olds College with nearly 10 years experience on golf courses such at Greywolf Golf Course in Panorama, Sun Rivers and Sun Peaks in Kamloops.
Most recently, Jodie acquired her license to provide Rental Property Management services to property owners. She offers full scope of services to both owners and guests for long term and vacation rentals.

Tamer is a true local! She was born & raised in Rossland and knows the area very well. Having studied Commerce at the University of Calgary, and grown up in her father’s award-winning Ski Shop – The Powderhound, she understands customer service and will surely extend the best to her clients. Tamer is honest, efficient, detail-oriented and friendly. For the past 15 years, she has worked extensively in marketing and sales.
